This documentary examines what needs to change in politics, policy, and society to make the most of the technical possibilities for renewable energy. To illustrate this, the film visits two very different places: one in the United States and the other in Bavaria. Despite their differences, these two communities share a significant achievement—they have both fully converted their energy supply to renewables, resulting in greater financial prosperity than before.
